Commisioning & SW development SIDENOR GREECE
Induction furnace is project made by Danieli Automation which can work in 3 modes: billets coming directly from Continuous Casting Machine (CCM)
and are reheated in Induction furnace and sent to Mill, billets coming from Reheating furnace in Hybrid mode then heated trough Induction furnace and sent to MILL, or directly from Reheating furnace to MILL.
L1 automation is made with S7 S400F with all safety included for Induction furnace and S7 S400 for Reheating furnace , with HMI made in WinCC.
Commisioning ABS Italy
24m long reheating furnace designed by Danieli for heating of blooms for biggest bar mill in world called Rotoforgia. Walking beam reheting furnace can heat square or round blooms which have range dimameter 400mm-800mm, and heats them to 1300 degrees
SW Development & Commisioning TRW GERMANY
Machine for automatic placement od hardened spindels is project made by HAHN automation. Spindels are layed in various size trays depending on spindels (40 different types), tray is taken one by one from layer and spindels are transfered to round table which makes hardening of material and then this spindels are taken back and send further in process of assembly. Error in positioning should be less then 0.01mm, and cycle time of machine is less then 6s.

Gear shaft assembly machine using Siemens PLC S300,Wincc flexible for Scada, and Kuka robot for placement of hot plastic parts in machine
